How it works.
1. Book your session
Choose your recovery option above and book through the GymMaster portal. Sauna / cold plunge and Normatec boots are manually booked via their direct links. Recovery Passes are purchased through the day-pass page.
2. Download the GymMaster app
Once booked, download the GymMaster Member app. Click Forgot Password to set up your login, then sign in. Your bookings will appear in the app and be visible on your dashboard.
3. Arrive at your booked time
Bookings are linked to an exact time slot. Door access will not work before your booking time, so please arrive on schedule.
4. Bluetooth door access
At each door, open the GymMaster app and press Check In. Once the light turns green, pull the door to enter. The Bluetooth reader will recognise your active booking.

Cold Plunge
Used after games and heavy sessions to support reduced post-game soreness and a faster turnaround between runs. Many athletes also use a short morning plunge for alertness and a mental reset before training.
Infrared Sauna
Deep, comfortable heat that supports muscle relaxation and blood flow. Useful for stiffness on heavy training weeks, and helpful for winding down — many find it supports sleep quality when used in the evening.
Normatec Boots
Sequential compression to help flush the legs after games and heavy lower-body work. Less heaviness, quicker freshness between sessions — a staple in professional locker rooms for a reason.
